Through this course, you will learn how to be reliable, communicate properly, and be an effective team member. It will not teach you role-specific skills. There are other courses in our Academy for that purpose.

This course has been developed through years of experience working with Virtual Assistants and is designed to teach you all the essential skills that clients are looking for in a VA.
However, the most important characteristic of a successful VA is reliability. No matter how skilled you are, if you’re not reliable, your success as a VA will be limited.
While this course will provide you with the tools and knowledge to be reliable, it’s up to you to demonstrate your reliability. You either are or you’re not reliable, but don’t worry if you’re not there yet. With effort and dedication, you can become reliable.
Throughout the course, you’ll be constantly learning and growing. Soak up all the information provided, and by the end of the training, you’ll be a transformed, well-equipped Virtual Assistant.
