MICRO: Digital Plumbing
Digital Plumbing tracks data on your website and across all your digital plumbing channels using pixels, emails, custom audiences of all sorts, URL parameters, etc. It serves as the first step in the Social Amplification Engine because it feeds the data needed to make decisions in each of the following stages.
Tracking allows you to set up remarketing to website visitors, analyze which website visitors are buyers, build custom audiences and run warm traffic through the 6-Phase Social Amplification Engine to convert. Our plumbing setup process uses a central tool called Google Tag Manager (GTM). Although it’s from Google, it is platform-independent and works with Facebook and other pixels (or tags). Tag management is a central piece of every company’s or website’s online marketing.
This specific course is intended to help individuals who work for local businesses looking to dominate their immediate area or for individuals looking to qualify to perform local plumbing tasks in our marketplace.
To qualify, you will be asked to complete the plumbing process on a personal website you control. When you have completed this process, you will submit a quiz to let us know you are ready for us to check your work.
In this quiz we will ask for your name, email, the URL of the site you installed your tracking on, and the pages where your conversion tracking events occur. We will check to see if you have installed the following elements:

- Base Facebook Pixel
- Basic Facebook Conversion Tracking
- Google Ads Tag
- Basic Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Google Universal Analytics
- Basic Universal Analytics Conversion Goals
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Analytics 4 Conversion Events
If you complete this process correctly, we will send you an invite to our marketplace and begin assigning tasks to you.
